Spicy Horseradish
Ingredients:
1 dozen of fresh oysters, shucked
3 ounces fresh horseradish
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp Kosher salt
1/4 cup distilled white vinegar
Steps:
Coarsely chop Horseradish, then transfer to food processor and pulse until finely ground
Add sugar, salt, and vinegar, and pulse to combine
